- Ingredients:
- 1 lit. Milk.
- 2. Sugar to taste.
- 3. Nuts - Pistachio, almonds chopped
- 4. Kesar / saffron, cardamom powder.
- Preparation Method: Heat the milk in a bigger vessel and reduce to thick consistency . If you do not have time then condensed milk will also do. Add sugar to the reduced ,thick milk and all the nuts, saffron and cardamom powder.
Fill in the small kulhar, earthen cups and referigerate. Wait till set. Offer this cool delight with lots of love to your ladoo Gopal. He will Love it.
